I need everyone’s insights on the issue of Emotional Frustration in the Bronx, New York. I want a discussion on the scope/extent and causes of this burden.
STUDY REVEALS POVERTY POOR FACILITIES MAKE BRONX THE UNHEALTHIEST COUNTY IN NEW YORK
A. The Bronx ranked last among all (62) counties in NYS according to the county-by-county health study by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
– Worst hath in the State, but a closer look reveals a mixed picture.
– Premature Deaths
– Low Birth Weight
– Number of sick days and overall wellness
B. The Bronx ranked word the State for socio-economic factors that effect health, such as unemployment, poverty, street crime and low education.
– The Bronx ranked far worst than rest of the City.
– For example, the study suggests 92% of the Bronxites have access to healthy foods
– The highest rating in the city-despite other studies funding “food deserts” throughout the Borough
